Job Description:
Sales Order Processor
£26-27k / Permanent / Immediate Start
Our client, a well-established business in Bamber Bridge, is looking for a Sales Order Processor to join their busy team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage customer quote requests, create accurate job files, and ensure orders move smoothly through production and dispatch. You’ll be a key point of contact for both customers and internal teams, ensuring every quote and order is correct, complete, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Process incoming quote and order requests within agreed timeframes
* Evaluate customer information to identify missing or incorrect data
* Communicate with customers daily, providing professional support via phone and email
* Manually create job files containing all necessary paperwork
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has office, administration, estimating, or order-processing experience (experience in manufacturing or construction is a bonus)
* Is confident in customer-facing communication
* Is highly organised and can manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
