Responsibilities *Assist teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons.
*Support students with their learning activities and provide one-on-one help as needed.
*Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe, supportive environment for all students.
*Help maintain classroom resources and organization.
*Assist in assessing student progress and providing feedback to teachers.
*Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
*Participate in school events and parent-teacher meetings as required.
Requirements
*Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
*Relevant qualifications in education or childcare (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification).
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Positive attitude and a passion for supporting student learning.
*Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
*Patience and empathy when dealing with diverse learning needs.
*Flexibility to adapt to changing classroom dynamics.
