Joining a highly regarded, award-winning studio, this is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Senior 3D Motion Designer to make a real impact within a vibrant, multidisciplinary team. You’ll get to work on a diverse range of projects, from live music visuals and art installations to immersive experiential environments, each offering the chance to push creative boundaries and craft memorable visual experiences.
In this role you will:
*Design and animate dynamic motion content for a variety of live and digital projects
*Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and bring ideas to life
*Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers
*Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through to final delivery
*Keep organised, communicate effectively with directors, and adapt to fast-paced deadlines
To be successful, you will need:
*Strong expertise in C4D, Houdini, Unreal Engine, or After Effects, with expertise in Redshift rendering
*A keen eye for lighting, compositing, and visual storytelling
*A great team player who is organised, reliable, and comfortable working under pressure
*A passion for exploring new techniques and pushing visual innovation
*Willingness to travel for onsite productions, with ideally a London-based or nearby location
