Our client is seeking a talented, Level 4 qualified Paraplanner who thrives on solving planning puzzles, shaping great advice, and contributing to a collaborative, human environment. This is not a report-writing production line—this is a role for someone who thinks, questions, challenges, and brings ideas that elevate the client experience.
You’ll enjoy the development support and structure of a larger group, while working in a close-knit, values-driven planning team that genuinely cares about the craft of financial advice.


What You Will Be Doing
*Working closely with Financial Planners to design bespoke planning strategies tailored to each client
*Preparing high-quality, clear, compliant suitability reports that communicate why recommendations matter
*Using cashflow modelling tools (Truth) to create financial plans that feel meaningful and dynamic
*Joining client meetings where appropriate, helping bring insight and clarity
*Contributing to the ongoing development and refinement of planning processes and client experience
*Being part of a collaborative, supportive team that shares ideas, solves problems together, and keeps standards high


What You’ll Bring
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (working towards Chartered is a bonus)
*Genuine enthusiasm for holistic financial planning and the impact it makes
*Strong understanding of cashflow modelling and comprehensive advice

*Confidence to support and contribute during client interactions
