Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Ideal for Sales Professionals
Location: Central London

Key Responsibilities:
* Source and engage high-quality candidates
* Conduct screening calls and interviews
* Write job adverts and review applications
* Manage the recruitment process from first contact to offer
* Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Achieve targets and earn commission
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in sales, telesales, or other target-driven roles
* Confident communicator with strong influencing skills
* Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by results
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Package & Benefits:
* £27,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
* Year 1 OTE: £38,000-£48,000
* Year 2 OTE: £45,000-£70,000
* Year 3 OTE: £70,000-£100,000+
