Year 1 Teacher
*Annual Salary: £140 - £180 per day, depending on experience

Day-to-day of the role:
*Create Wonder and Excitement: Plan and deliver lessons that are as fun as they are informative, tailored to the curious minds of Year 1 students.
*Master of Classroom Dynamics: Use your superhero classroom management skills to maintain a joyful and respectful learning environment.
*Feedback Champions: Regularly assess student progress and celebrate their achievements, providing constructive feedback to foster growth.
*Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow educators to sprinkle creativity across the curriculum and share innovative teaching methods.
*Parent Partnerships: Engage with parents and guardians to build a supportive community around each child’s learning journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, ready to shape young minds.
*Experience in Early Years Teaching: Proven track record with Year 1 or similar groups, bringing lessons to life.
*Behavioural Management Pro: Skilled in navigating the classroom dynamics with ease and positivity.
*Creative Lesson Planner: Ability to craft engaging and educational activities that capture the imagination.
*Communication Wizard: Excellent skills in communicating with children, parents, and staff alike.
