The Role
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will take a hands-on approach to a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
*Sales and acquisitions
*Landlord and tenant transactions
*Acting for significant investors and tenants
*Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
*Advising on property finance and development matters

You’ll be joining a supportive and forward-thinking team that encourages collaboration and personal growth.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have: 3 years + PQE in commercial property law
*Strong technical and drafting skills
*Excellent client management and communication abilities
*A commercial mindset and the ability to understand client objectives
*Confidence in networking and building client relationships
*High levels of organisation and the ability to meet challenging deadlines
