About the Role:
As part of a busy and successful sales team, you’ll play a vital role in driving performance and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
*Selling new and used vehicles
*Upselling finance, warranties, and insurance products
*Delivering an exceptional customer experience
*Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in a main dealership sales role
*Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
*Strong understanding of finance and add-on products
*Excellent communication and closing skills
*Full UK driving licence (clean)
*Motivated, energetic, and target-driven
