Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Chester (Office-based, 2 days per week)
Pay Rate: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour DOE
Working Pattern: Flexible on days, Monday to Friday, 16 hours per week.
Contract: 12-Month Temporary Contract, with potential for a permanent, full-time placement upon completion
Our client, a leading name in the construction industry, is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join their Chester office on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who wants to gain hands-on experience in a professional sales environment whilst continuing their studies.
The Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Development Manager, supporting them in generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients in the construction industry. This role is all about opening doors, sparking conversations, and helping to grow the client base.
Key Responsibilities:
*Research and identify potential clients within the construction sector
*Act as an Executive Assistant to the Business Development Manager, supporting with diary management and general office administration duties
*Make outbound calls and send emails to generate interest and book meetings
*Assist the Business Development Manager with lead generation and pipeline development
*Keep accurate records of outreach and follow-up activity
Ideal Candidate:
*Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
*Self-motivated and eager to learn
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential
