This school in Kingston Upon Thames is currently looking for LSA’s to help provide a happy, stimulating and safe learning environment where pupils are positively encouraged to engage in their learning with appropriate support provided by skilled staff to access the curriculum.

What you’ll be doing:
*Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups to access the curriculum
*Assisting teachers with differentiated learning activities and interventions
*Helping create an inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
*Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs as part of a structured SEN programme
What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or educational setting
*Level 2 or 3 TA qualification preferred
*Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential
*Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
