Route Planner with Forklift Licence
Location: Basildon
Pay Rate: £13 per hour
Temp - Perm contract to start in the new year!
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Route Planner to join our client’s team in Basildon. This role combines planning and operational responsibilities, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and schedule delivery routes to maximize efficiency.
*Load and unload deliveries safely and accurately.
*Raise and manage delivery notes and associated documentation.
*Operate forklift trucks for loading/unloading tasks.
Requirements:
*Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) Licence – essential.
*Previous experience in route planning or logistics coordination preferred.
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
