Customer Service & Sales Support Executive
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum
Type: Permanent
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Executive to join a dynamic team where your organisational skills and financial acumen will truly shine.
What You’ll Do:
*Be the first point of contact for customer queries, providing accurate and helpful information.
*Manage complaints with professionalism and arrange refunds or replacements where needed.
*Prepare quotations, check product availability, and process orders efficiently.
*Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records.
*Keep the CRM database up to date and ensure client details are accurate.
*Support marketing campaigns by engaging with customers and following up on leads.
*Carry out general admin tasks such as setting up accounts, responding to web enquiries, and filing.
What We’re Looking For:
*Strong proficiency in Excel and general IT systems.
*Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills.
*Good financial understanding and ability to prepare quotes.
*Previous experience in customer service.
*Highly organised with strong administrative skills.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
