What you’ll be doing
*Assisting with management accounts preparation
*Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
*Balance sheet reconciliations and journals
*Month-end processes and reporting
*Involvement in process improvement and wider finance projects
*Supporting the Finance Manager and wider team with ad-hoc tasks
What we’re looking for
*A part-qualified accountant (AAT/ACCA/CIMA) or someone actively studying
*Strong attention to detail and a positive, proactive approach
*Willingness to learn and get stuck in across a variety of tasks
*Good communication skills and a team-focused mindset
