We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join our friendly and supportive primary school in Purley, Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact during a maternity cover period, ensuring continuity and high-quality learning for our pupils.
Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum.
*Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports pupil progress.
*Manage behaviour effectively, fostering a safe and respectful learning space.
*Assess and track pupil achievement, providing constructive feedback and support.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE.
*Experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
*Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
*Excellent communication and ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
*Commitment to delivering high standards of teaching and learning.
