About the Role We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our team on a 9-month contract. This is a fully onsite role based in Droitwich, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic finance function during a key period of growth and change.
Key Responsibilities *Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
*Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
*Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights to senior management.
*Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
*Maintain and improve financial controls and processes.
*Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial guidance and support decision-making.
*Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
Skills & Experience Required *Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
*Proven experience in management accounting within a commercial environment.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
