Assistant Client Manager: About the role
Development of relationships with existing and new clients to assist with providing a comprehensive commercial insurance service offering. Supporting Client Managers, provide administrative support, and assisting your manager and team members.


Assistant Client Manager – Commercial Insurance – Key duties
Support the Client Managers, working closely together to ensure a high level of liaison and understanding of their requirements to maximise client satisfaction.
Shadowing during a variety of client meetings.
Supporting with the management of portfolios of mid to large motor trade clients.
Assisting with completing renewal reviews by phone, obtain renewal terms and help prepare detailed renewal reports in line with Specialist Motor Trade procedures.
Provide administrative assistance to complete all documentation associated with placing, amending and renewing client’s policies in line with Specialist Motor Trade procedures
Contribute towards the development of a high Company image of professionalism, competence and client satisfaction.


Assistant Client Manager – Key requirement
Experience from within the Insurance sector
Knowledge of Acturis – preferable but not essential
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
