Sales Broker – Serviced & Flexible Office Space Central London | Basic up to £45,000 | OTE £70,000+

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients — building relationships, arranging viewings, and converting warm leads into signed deals. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where energy, professionalism, and personality make all the difference.
What You’ll Do
*Proactively sell serviced and flexible office space across London
*Manage incoming enquiries — turning warm leads into happy tenants
*Conduct professional viewings and confidently close deals
*Build strong relationships with brokers, agents, and direct clients
*Hit and exceed individual and team sales targets
*Collaborate with marketing to drive awareness and visibility
*Report on sales performance and market trends
*Work with centre teams to ensure a seamless client move-in experience
What We’re Looking For *Proven success in sales — ideally from estate agency, lettings, or workspace brokerage
*Polished, professional communicator with excellent phone and face-to-face skills
*Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset
*Highly organised and able to juggle multiple deals
*Energetic, ambitious, and motivated to exceed targets
The Rewards *Basic salary up to £45,000
*OTE £70,000+
