The Role
*Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer service
*Performing pre-screening eye health checks
*Ensuring a smooth handover to the optometrist
*Dispensing glasses and advising on lens and frame options
*Adjusting and repairing spectacles
*Teaching contact lens handling and care
*Supporting with general administration tasks
