The Role
*Greeting and assisting patients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
*Performing pre-screening eye health checks
*Providing a smooth and professional handover to the optometrist
*Dispensing frames and lenses to suit each patient’s needs
*Adjusting and repairing spectacles
*Teaching contact lens handling and care
*Supporting the team with general administrative duties
