Job Description:
Programme Manager - NEC4 Expert
*Location: London - 1-2 days on site per week
*Rate; Up to £700 (via umbrella)
*Duration; 6 months initial
We’re seeking a senior Project/Programme Manager with strong NEC4 expertise to act as the go-to specialist within a major infrastructure programme within the public sector. This is a strategic role that will be focused on relationship building and programme oversight.
Key Requirements:
*Proven NEC4 experience - ideally NEC-accredited
*Ability to operate at programme level, driving collaboration and strategic outcomes
*Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
*Familiarity with Primavera P6 and NEC contract management tools (e.g., CEMAR)
*Background in client-side contract management and compliance
What you’ll do:
*Provide expert guidance on NEC4 contracts
*Support risk management, progress monitoring, and dispute resolution
*Enable a collaborative culture across stakeholders
