The Role:
*Dispensing frames and lenses depending on lifestyle, fashion and budget
*Spending time with each patient to understand personal requirements
*Dealing with complex patient queries and providing outstanding levels of customer service
*Working closely with the director to actively drive the business forward
*Marketing, training and mentoring staff
*Working towards targets
*Able to implement relevant changes as well as working as part of a close-knit team
*An enthusiastic approach to make a positive impact on the customers experience within the practice
*Mixture of sales skills and clinical professionalism
*Candidate must be ambitious and self-motivated
