Description
*Chase outstanding debts and make regular customer calls
*Manage and review customer credit limits
*Set up new accounts and carry out credit checks
*Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
*Reduce aged debt and keep the ledger clean and controlled
*Reconcile accounts and resolve invoice or payment queries
*Work towards agreed credit control targets
*Contribute positively to a high-performance team culture
Profile
*Experienced in credit control within an SME or similar environment
*Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data
*Tenacious, proactive and able to manage queries to resolution
*Builds strong relationships and works collaboratively
*Adaptable and comfortable in a changing environment
