Key Accounts Trade Administrator
Location Bridgend (on site)
Salary £30,000 to £32,000 per annum
We’re looking for an organised and proactive administrator to support our key trade accounts at a recognisable sports brand. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where systems are already in place. Your role is to take ownership, keep everything on track, and make sure our customers stay informed at every step.
You’ll help manage the flow of bulk sporting goods across Europe, working with container shipments, long lead times and high-volume orders. From updating trackers to coordinating with suppliers and warehouses, you’ll play a key part in keeping operations smooth and efficient.
What you’ll do
*Provide day-to-day admin support for major trade and retail accounts
*Keep customers updated on their container orders before they need to ask!
*Maintain accurate shipment, pricing and stock information in ERP and warehouse systems
*Track container movements and manage long delivery lead times
*Use trackers and spreadsheets to monitor schedules and supplier updates
*Resolve any delays or discrepancies with suppliers and logistics teams
*Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure large shipments are processed correctly
*Handle general admin tasks to support the wider office team
What you’ll bring
*Worked in a role very similar to this OR distinctly relatable.
*Administration in a busy trade, retail or supply chain environment
*Direct involvement with order processing for high-volume goods (ideally container-level or wholesale, not small parcel fulfilment)
*Experience using ERP systems and spreadsheets to track stock, pricing and delivery timelines
*Confidence liaising with suppliers, warehouses and internal teams to keep things moving
*Proven ability to stay on top of multiple moving parts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
