?? Your Role
As our Year R/1 Teacher, you’ll be the driving force behind a nurturing, engaging classroom where curiosity and confidence flourish. You’ll:
*Take full responsibility for a mixed Year R/1 class
*Deliver creative, phonics-rich lessons that spark a love of learning
*Build strong foundations in literacy and numeracy for lifelong success
*Champion the school’s values: Ready, Safe, Kind
*Collaborate with a supportive SLT and colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes
*Forge positive relationships with parents to support every child’s journey

*A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience in EYFS/KS1
*Passionate about early years education and child development
*Proactive, caring, and confident in leading a class with creativity and enthusiasm
