Description
*Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.

*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
*Support the implementation of financial strategies to optimise resources.
*Identify financial risks and opportunities to enhance organisational performance.
*Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing expert financial guidance.
*Lead and mentor junior members of the finance team, fostering professional growth.
Profile
A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have:
*A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
*Strong experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
*Demonstrated ability to work effectively within the not-for-profit sector.
*Proficiency in using accounting software and financial modelling tools.
*Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
