Description
*Deliver comprehensive financial planning and analysis to support business strategies.
*Produce weekly and period P&L reporting, analysing performance against budget and prior year.
*Consolidate budgets, forecasts and targets, identifying risks, opportunities and trends.
*Act as the key contact for Finance queries across the business unit.
*Work closely with commercial finance teams to support accurate forecasting.
*Support improvements to the reporting suite and FP&A tools.
*Provide in-depth financial and variance analysis to support operational performance.
*Work with Finance Systems to support the transition of budgeting and forecasting.
*Manage and develop a direct report.
Profile
*Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
*Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis.
*Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
*Experienced in a similar Finance Manager, FP&A or Commercial Finance role.
*Strong technically, with the ability to work with complex data.
*Confident influencing and challenging stakeholders at all levels.
*A fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).
