Conveyancing Solicitor

Join our boutique property law firm where we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality conveyancing services with a client-first ethos. We are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor who combines personal service with the infrastructure of leading national firms through a unique consultancy model.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage residential conveyancing files end-to-end, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
*Handle leasehold complexities and new-build transactions within tight deadlines.
*Provide clear, proactive communication with clients and maintain strong relationships with introducers.
*Ensure compliance with SRA/CQS standards and internal risk controls.
*Contribute to business development and mentor team members as appropriate.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or FCILEx.
*Proven experience managing a busy conveyancing caseload.
*Strong communication skills and a client-care mindset.
*Desirable: Experience with new-build transactions and knowledge of the local market.
