Our client, a well-established and highly reputable estate agency in South West London, is seeking an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team.
What you’ll be doing: *Registering and qualifying new applicants
*Conducting viewings across SW London
*Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Negotiating offers and progressing deals through to move-in
*Working towards office and personal targets in a fast-paced environment
*Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
What we’re looking for: *Previous experience in residential lettings (preferred)
*Confident communication skills and strong organisation
*A proactive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure
*Ambitious, motivated, and target-driven
*Full UK driving licence required
What’s on offer: *Competitive basic salary (£22–26k depending on experience)
*Realistic OTE £40–55k
