*Accurately record and collate information.
*Persuasively encourage participation in research projects.
*Meet productivity and quality targets while maintaining a professional approach.
Telephone Researcher- What We’re Looking For: *Responsible, tenacious, and self-motivated individuals.
*Confident and professional telephone manner.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Ability to work independently while hitting targets.
Telephone Researcher- Essentials of the role: *Own laptop/desktop computer and headset/earphones.
*Reliable, high-quality internet connection.
*Quiet, disturbance-free workspace.
*Availability Monday to Friday, between 9:00am – 18:00pm.
