Sales Administrator – Utilities Sector
Location: Headcorn, Kent
Pay Rate: £12.21 – £13.50 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary (initial 3-month assignment)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
Start Date: Immediate
Are you highly organised with excellent attention to detail? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a leading utilities provider in Headcorn on a temporary basis. You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth processing of customer accounts and contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
*Processing customer orders and updating internal systems
*Preparing quotes and managing pricing information
*Coordinating with engineers and field teams for installations
*Handling customer queries and providing accurate information
*Maintaining compliance documentation and records
*Supporting the sales team with general administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in administration or sales support
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
*Good IT skills, including Excel
*A proactive and team-focused approach
