Job Description:
Customer Service Representative
Location: Wolverhampton (Hybrid after training)
Hours: 37.5 per week, 5 days over 7 (including weekends and bank holidays) between 9am and 7pm.
TEMPORARY to PERMANENT opportunities!


We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Contact Centre team. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and love the hospitality industry, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Do:
*Be the first point of contact for guests, handling bookings for our hotels, bars and restaurants.
*Support our pubs and hotel teams, processing sales orders and resolving queries.
*Communicate across multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and third-party platforms.
*Deliver accurate, friendly, and efficient service while maximising opportunities to upsell and promote offers.
About You:
*Experienced in customer service, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
*Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
*Ability to prioritise tasks and work on your own initiative.
*Positive, proactive, and ready to bring your best self to the team.
*Previous contact centre or hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential—we’ll train the right person!
