Description
*Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records.
*Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and promptly.
*Match, Batch and code invoices
*Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
*Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
*Manage accounts payable and occasionally cover receivable functions.
*Prepare financial reports and summaries as required.
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
*Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
