Job Description:
Credit Controller/Administrator
36.5 hours per week
Friday work from home & early finish
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller/Administrator to join a fantastic company in Liverpool. In this role, you will manage the company’s credit control processes, ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also provide essential administrative support to the finance and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
*Monitor customer accounts and identify outstanding debts
*Chase overdue invoices via phone and email
*Issue statements, reminders, and copy invoices as required
*Resolve invoice and payment queries promptly and professionally
*Maintain accurate records of all credit control activity
*Support the customer services team with day-to-day tasks, including quote preparation and general administrative duties
Requirements
*Previous experience in Credit Control or Finance Administration (desirable)
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
*Experience with accounting or finance systems (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar) is desirable
