The Opportunity
We are supporting this firm in their search for an organised, motivated Estate Administration Paralegal to join their expanding Private Client team. This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys detailed casework, wants to grow within a supportive environment, and has a genuine interest in helping clients through sensitive matters.
Working closely with a supervising lawyer, you will assist with the end-to-end administration of estates, ensuring cases progress smoothly and clients receive compassionate, high-quality support throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:

Assist with a specialist caseload within estate administration
*
Deliver empathetic and professional client care
*
Work efficiently and commercially to support positive case outcomes
*
Collaborate with colleagues across the department
*
Maintain accurate and timely time-recording
Role-Specific Duties
You will also be responsible for:

Conducting estate-related searches
*
Identifying and gathering information on assets and liabilities
*
Confirming beneficiaries and supporting accurate distribution
*
Assisting with probate applications and Inheritance Tax processes
*
Coordinating the collection of estate assets and settlement of debts
*
Managing the distribution of legacies and interim payments
*
Preparing detailed, compliant estate accounts
*
Supporting the completion of full estate administration
*
Assisting with matters involving Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work
About You
To excel in this role, you will:

Have strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
*
Demonstrate a genuine interest in Private Client work, particularly estate administration
*
Be empathetic, professional, and confident when dealing with clients
*Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
