Description
*Process invoices and payment requests for approval ensuring that the authorisation process is followed in accordance with specific deadlines
*Post overhead and disbursement invoices to the accounting system and practice management systems
*Process bank and BACS payments to suppliers and send remittance advices
*Input bank payment entries into and match them with corresponding invoices to ensure accurate financial records
*Bank reconciliation
*Reconciliation of supplier accounts
*Manage shared mailbox for supplier invoicing queries,
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Coordinator should have:
*Previous experience in end to end Accounts Payable role is advantageous
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
*An ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
*Excellent communication skills for liaising with vendors and internal teams.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Job Offer
