HR Advisor, specialising in Employee Relations.
Office-based in the North Sheffield area.
The role includes a mix of:
*Employee relations casework - this is the main focus of the role
*Employee lifecycle work
*Line manager coaching and advice
*Continuous improvement in HR policy & procedure
*Recruitment support
*HR data analytics
*HR project work
The personal qualities and experience we are looking for:
*HR Advisor level experience
*Substantial experience of employee relations - leading disciplinaries, grievances, investigations etc. autonomously.
*Self-assured and confident, comfortable having challenging conversations
*CIPD Level 5 or working towards
*Used to working closely with line managers to empower and advise
