Bids & Business Development Manager Location: Worcester (with travel across UK offices) - Hybrid
Salary: Up to £55,000 + bonus + benefits
We’re supporting a growing professional services firm with the appointment of a Bids & Business Development Manager. This is a newly created role within an expanding client development team, suited to someone who enjoys influencing senior stakeholders, shaping client relationships, and driving growth through compelling proposals and strategic BD activity.
The Role * Lead and develop proposals, pitch documents and capability statements.
* Support partners and senior stakeholders to identify client growth opportunities and improve conversion.
* Build and maintain client relationship plans and contribute to ongoing client development strategy.
* Represent the firm at events and market-facing activities, building networks and visibility.
* Oversee and coordinate directory and award submissions.
* Maintain and evolve case study and credentials collateral for use in pitches and BD conversations.
What We’re Looking For * Background in professional services BD, bids, marketing, or client relationship management.
* Strong written communication- able to translate complex services into persuasive, client-focused messaging.
* Confident working directly with senior internal stakeholders.
* Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working across multiple teams and locations.
* Experience of client development or account management would be advantageous.
