Job Description:
EMPLOYEE RELATION SPECIALIST
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to provide expert guidance on ER matters, support managers with policy and process advice, and ensure fair, consistent case management across our client’s organisation. This is a temporary assignment where you would join a leading public service broadcaster delivering diverse content across TV, radio, and digital platforms, committed to informing, educating, and entertaining audiences. Applicants should have at least one year in ER roles and hold CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.

EMPLOYEE RELATION SPECIALIST ROLE:
*Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues, policies, and procedures.
*Investigate and manage workplace disputes, grievances, and disciplinary cases in line with company policies and employment law.
*Ensure consistent, fair, and legally compliant case management across the organisation.
*Support HR and management in developing and implementing employee relations strategies and initiatives.
*Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on ER cases and trends.
*Advise on performance management, absence management, and employee conduct matters.
*Contribute to policy development, review, and communication across the organisation.
EMPLOYEE RELATION SPECIALIST ESSENTIALS:
*Minimum one year in an employee relations role
*Hold a CIPD Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice or equivalent qualification or Associate member of the CIPD
