*Location: Sutton, Surrey, SM1
*Job Type: Part-time (Term-Time plus 3 weeks, 25 hours per week)

Day-to-day of the role:
*Deputise for the Finance Business Manager, managing insurance claims and ensuring compliance.
*Handle insurance administration tasks including renewals, claims processing, and maintaining accurate insurance registers and certificates.
*Serve as the main point of contact for insurance matters, liaising with internal teams, brokers, and underwriters.
*Ensure compliance and accuracy in keeping insurance records up-to-date for vehicles, equipment, and engineering insurance.
*Support staff training on compliance and insurance matters and stay proactive by monitoring industry updates and attending relevant webinars.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
*Experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably within an educational or similar setting.
*Understanding of financial processes and compliance requirements.
*Strong organisational and time-management skills.
*Professional, reliable, and discreet.
