My client is a fast paced logistics business based in NW London and are looking to recruit a HR Assistant on a permeant basis, an opportunity to be part of a wonderfully skilled, fast paced and friendly HR team who will support your learning in the HR space.
Paying up to £40k you will need to be available to start in January it is also important you have experience with a blue-collar workforce and have worked in a trade union environment which are non-negotiable to be successful in this role
Reporting to the Head of HR your duties will include
*Be the first POC and management of the HR Inbox and all the queries and distribute
*Liaise with the 3rd party supplier for L&D and manage all the L&D training and cohorts
*Updating of all HR compliance, L&D and Personal records on the HRIS
*Doing all associated employee lifecycle work including off boarding and on boarding
*Ensuring 100% HR compliance with data integrity
*Support the senior HR BP and work closely with the Finance Manager with all payroll submissions for the 3rd party payroll provider
*Interview coordination for all recruitment roles in the business
*Recruitment administration including issuing of offer letters and contracts
*Supporting the Senior HRBP and 3rd party background checking service with all Recruitment compliance
*Sit in on ER case meetings to support with minute taking
*Work closely with the CPO, Head of HR or HRBP with any additional HR tasks
Ideal Experience
*Firstly you will need to be available immediately or at short notice to start in January
*Have some experience within a HR role, maybe HR admin or HR Assistant
*Be open to new training, have excellent communication skills and be able to prioritise tasks
*Able to work in a fast paced blue collar working environment
*You will have experience working in a Trade union environment
