As a Senior Paraplanner provide support and guidance to less experienced paraplanners with involvement in process changes and improvements where required and coaching and training of more junior members of the team. At all times those in this role ensures full compliance with the regulatory and organisational procedures, act honestly, fairly and professionally in accordance with the best interests of clients to deliver good outlines.
Technical / Qualifications
*Experience of providing a first-class paraplanning service
*Experience in all Financial Planning practices and disciplines including Investments, Pensions and Protection, with experience of dealing with more complex areas of financial planning advice
*Educated to at least A Level/Higher standard (or equivalent)
*RQF level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
*Studying towards Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, with the aim of achieving Chartered Financial Planner status (desirable).

Paraplanners in this role are proactive in their support to Wealth Planners and take the initiative to maintain their technical knowledge and expertise keeping updated on developments and movements in the financial markets and industry.
