Job Description:
We are recruiting a Finance Assistant/Purchase Ledger Clerk for one of the UK’s leading land, property development, home-building and construction businesses based in Sheffield.

The Job:
The purpose of the role is to process and maintain the purchase ledger for various companies within the group.
*Processing and coding supplier invoices.
*Ensuring correct approval is obtained.
*Liaising with internal colleagues and suppliers to resolve issues.
*Updating and maintaining supplier accounts.
*Maintaining the cashbooks.
*Bank reconciliations.
*Other ad hoc duties as required.
The Person:
*Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role is essential.
*Good IT and Excel skills are required.
*The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume inboxes is essential.
