Your work will ensure components meet drawing specifications before being accepted into stock. You will also support continuous improvement through non-conformance reporting and supplier collaboration.

Job Description

*Perform mechanical inspection of drawn parts upon receipt
*Prepare and raise non-conformance reports
*Coordinate supplier non-conformance resolution, including root cause and corrective action
*Participate in audits and reviews of drawn-parts suppliers
*Uphold and promote core values including Integrity, Commitment, Accountability, Innovation and Respect


Quality Inspector

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

*Previous experience in a similar inspection role, ideally within manufacturing
*Experience within an ISO9001 environment (highly desirable)
*Skilled in measuring close-tolerance components accurately and consistently
*Proficient with analogue and digital vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
*CMM experience (ideal)
*Working knowledge of BS8888
