Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor. The role involves managing workflow, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and leading a team to meet production targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
*Supervise and coordinate production activities across multiple product lines.
*Monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards.
*Train, motivate, and manage production staff.
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
*Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements.
*Achieve production targets and deadlines.
*Collaborate with departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics.
*Operate and maintain machinery as required.
Requirements
*Previous experience in food manufacturing (confectionery experience desirable).
*Strong leadership and team management skills.
*Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).
*Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
*Flexibility for shift work if required.
*Forklift license (advantageous but not essential).
