Fund Accountant
Location: Leeds (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive + Benefits
Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

We’re looking for a talented Fund Accountant to join a dynamic and collaborative investment organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the governance and oversight of fund accounting processes within a growing and innovative business.
The Role – What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Fund Accountant, you will:
*Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and adapt to changes in the regulatory environment
*Coordinate fund accounting relationships with key partners (Custodian, Depository, Front Office, Risk & Compliance, and Audit)
*Support the production of annual and interim reports and accounts
*Oversee fund valuations and ensure compliance with regulations
*Respond to enquiries from stakeholders and partner funds
*Identify risks and escalate appropriately
*Drive continuous process improvements within the operations team
*Deputise for the Senior Fund Accountant when required
About You:
*Relevant fund accounting experience within asset management or a similar industry
*ACCA (or equivalent) qualification
*Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly
*Knowledge of trade life cycles and investment management processes across financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives)
*Experience in an analytical role with strong problem-solving skills
*Excellent organisational and time management abilities
*A proactive, self-motivated team player who can manage a varied workload and support colleagues when needed
