Learning Support Assistant – SEN Specialist (January Start)

About the Role:
*Predominantly support pupils in KS1, with flexibility to assist in KS2 when needed.
*Provide tailored support to children with SEN, helping them access learning and achieve their full potential.
*Work closely with teachers and the SEN team to deliver interventions and personalised strategies.
*Foster a positive, nurturing environment that promotes confidence and independence.
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience working with SEN pupils in a school setting.
*Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach.
*Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
*Commitment to supporting the school’s inclusive ethos and values.
*Ability to work on a 1:1, small group and/or class-based support
