Qualified Speech and Language Therapist – Specialist SEN School
Location: Wolverhampton
Contract Type: Part-Time (3 days), Permanent
Hours: 24 hours per week, Term Time Only
Salary: £15.53 – £18.62 per hour (£32,302.40 – £38,729.60 pro rata)
About the Role
We are working with a specialist school that provides bespoke education for pupils aged 5–19 with ASC and SEMH needs, some of whom require additional support with speech, language, and communication.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Speech and Language Therapist to join a dedicated therapy team and make a real difference in the lives of young people. You’ll work collaboratively with staff to deliver tailored assessments and interventions, supporting students to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
*Hold a small speech and language therapy caseload
*Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for children and young people with a range of SEND needs
*Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice
*Work closely with the Clinical Lead and SENCo to ensure best outcomes for students

*Registered member of RCSLT and HCPC
*Professional Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent
*Passionate about empowering young people and improving communication outcomes
*Ability to manage your own workload and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
