£ 60K GPA, Residential Security Officer – Day Shift (Kensington)
Schedule: ROTA 7 days on / 7 days off, 12-hour shifts (8am–8pm)
Salary: PAYE, £50-60K gpa DOE
Accommodation: Live-out
Start Date: ASAP
Full training will be provided.
We are seeking a professional, alert, and discreet security officer to support a UHNW household in central London during daytime operations. This role requires proactive engagement, strong communication with household staff, and diligent oversight of security measures while the property is active and busy.
Requirements
(Same as Night Shift)
SIA Close Protection licence (legal requirement).
Live within a commutable distance of Kensington.
Understand that privacy, discretion, and trust are paramount when representing the family.
Proven long-term commitment in a similar position.
Academically astute and computer literate.
Fit, active, and team-oriented with a positive outlook.
Day Shift Responsibilities
Conduct regular daytime patrols of the property to ensure continuous security coverage.
Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and access points, identifying risks or unusual behaviour.
Respond professionally to any security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies.
Liaise closely with the Family Close Protection Officers and the household team.
Manage security and household systems from the control room, reporting and escalating any issues.
Provide structured handovers to the night team at the end of each shift.
Support estate operations and assist household staff with security-related tasks.
Maintain accurate incident reports and uphold all site protocols.
