*Rate: £725 per day Umbrella rate (inside IR35, incl. Holiday pay)

We are seeking a Contract Management Practitioner to join our team. This role involves working closely with our sales and delivery teams throughout the entire contract lifecycle, providing high-quality advice and support for negotiation, drafting, and ongoing management of client contracts.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Handle contracts, including subcontracts, in accordance with company policies, procedures, applicable laws, and client business requirements, ensuring compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.
*Oversee client contracts and portfolios, managing contract lifecycle activities, supporting sales growth, protecting revenue, improving margins, and ensuring compliance.
*Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies; support sales activities, including responding to RFPs and participating in negotiations.
*Draft various contractual documents (e.g., statement of work, change request) and ensure adherence to contract management processes and policies.
*Collaborate with legal teams to address complex contract issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Minimum of five years of relevant contract management experience.
*Professional services experience is mandatory, ideally in multi-global consultancies.
*Knowledge of public sector contracting.
*Security clearance is mandatory.
*Strong understanding of legal, business, and commercial risks.
*Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
*Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
