What you’ll do:
*Advise and assist clients on a wide variety of commercial litigation matters.
*Manage all aspects of client relationships from initial engagement through to billing and payment follow-up, maintaining clear communication throughout every stage.
*Prepare and review legal documents thoroughly ahead of court hearings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
*Ensure all file management processes are followed meticulously, including those related to audits and regulatory requirements.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to promote shared interests and deliver outstanding results for clients.
What you bring:
*At least 6 months experience’ in Dispute Resolution, gained as part of your Training Contract or equivalent.
*Demonstrate experience handling straightforward transactions independently while being open to supervision when tackling unfamiliar or complex tasks.
*Apply sound judgement in identifying relevant legal principles within commercial dispute resolution and use them appropriately in practice.
*Showcase excellent attention to detail by checking information thoroughly before acting or advising clients.
*Display a willingness to go above expectations by producing consistently high-quality work that reflects well on the team.
*Be approachable and able to nurture lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues through effective interpersonal skills.
*Possess strong organisational abilities that enable you to manage multiple cases simultaneously without compromising quality or compliance.
*Exhibit flexibility in adapting quickly to new challenges or changes within the legal landscape.
*Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing when dealing with clients or preparing documentation for court hearings.
